Website address: Your homepage URL is fine. For digital dashboards or smart TVs, use your company’s or dashboard provider’s website.
Attribution: The widget includes its credit line automatically. You don’t need to add separate attribution.

Widget layouts may change over time. Links within the widgets use rel="nofollow".
The generated URL includes {Country}/{State or Region}/{Station}, matching the station’s prediction page on TidesPro.
You can change that part of the URL to show another station; your API key works for all stations.

How do I add a tide chart widget to my website?
Find your station on TidesPro and open its tide predictions page. Follow the link to add a free widget, choose Tide Chart (Current Day), enter your website address, and complete the verification. Select Get Code, then paste the generated script into a part of your website that allows custom HTML and JavaScript.
Are the tide widgets free? Do I need an account?
The widgets are free, and the widget form does not require a TidesPro account. You provide your website address and complete the verification to generate embed code. The widget includes its own TidesPro credit line automatically; no additional attribution is required.
Which tide widget layouts are available?
Choose a daily tide chart, daily tide table, weekly tide table, weekly tides and fishing times table, or weekly tide table with a station switcher. The examples on this page show each available layout.
Which locations can I use?
Search TidesPro for your station by name, city, or ZIP code, or browse the station listings. Use the widget link on that station’s tide predictions page to create its embed. The selected station’s name appears in the widget.
Do the widgets resize automatically?
Table widgets embedded with the generated script automatically adjust their height to fit their content. The daily chart fills its allocated frame height, allowing space for a wrapping station title. Widget widths vary by layout; wider tables need more room.
How are dates and predictions updated?
Widgets request predictions when they load. Reload the embedded page to request current predictions. Displayed times are local to the tide station. Tide heights are predictions, and the widgets are not for navigation.
Can I use the embed on any website builder?
Your page must allow custom HTML with a script tag that loads an iframe. Some website builders restrict scripts or require a custom-code block. Paste the generated code into a supported block and check the published page.
